• Establish and maintain coffee quality control program, providing actionable insights and a roadmap for continuous improvement
• Conduct ongoing training and education with production roasting team
• Create profiles for new coffees and new product lines
• Execute production roasts
• Coordinate with fulfillment team, ensuring that roasting schedule and logistics contribute to overall production flow
• Maintain preventative maintenance and cleaning routines that keep equipment in top shape
• Work with the Team to create and manage roasting department budgets that include fixed asset expenditures to accommodate growth
