• Rapidly establish rapport with existing partners and build a strategic plan for buying over the next several years
• Establish and maintain green coffee quality control program through use of personal expertise, testing equipment and evaluation methodology, and cupping protocols
• Demonstrate a ceaseless curiosity about coffee and desire to improve personal skills related to green coffee evaluation, roasted coffee evaluation, and collaboration with origin partners to improve both product quality and producer outcomes
